A violent incident unfolded at a secondary school in Bomet, where a male Form Four student allegedly attacked a female classmate with a panga, reportedly over a love affair dispute.
The attack left the Form Three girl with severe head injuries, and she is currently in critical condition at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Longisa Hospital.
Police have arrived at the school to investigate the incident, which has shocked the local community and raised concerns about student safety and discipline in schools.
