1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Duke Media Group's website and services, you agree to these terms of service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Duke Media Group provides media production, digital marketing, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by Duke Media Group remains the property of Duke Media Group until full payment is received, at which point agreed-upon rights transfer to the client.

4. Payments

A 50% deposit is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Late payments may incur holding fees.
